Perarolo di Cadore Tibetan bridge
Just a few minutes’ drive from Tai di Cadore towards Belluno, immediately after the Ponte Cadore, we find Perarolo di Cadore where, in 2018, a beautiful Tibetan bridge was inaugurated, the Valmontina Tibetan Bridge which allows access to the wild area of Val Montina, which was previously difficult to reach.
The Tibetan Bridge is made of metal supported by a series of tension cables that make it passable even in windy conditions. Moreover, it has high side rails that allow even children to cross it safely.
The base of the bridge is such that you can see down below, giving those who cross it the sensation of walking in mid-air.
The Tibetan bridge can be reached from the industrial area of Ansogne where you will find a large parking area to leave your car.
